Skyview Project
This project reimagined a main living room and dining area that previously went unused, despite being located just off the home’s entry. The clients wanted a space that felt comfortable and inviting while also supporting entertaining, family time, and a small work-from-home setup. A new floor plan introduced generous, comfortable seating and a dedicated workspace, creating a room that finally feels lived in and welcoming. Mid-century modern touches, including the coffee table and dining sideboard, were incorporated to honour both the home’s history and the clients’ style, while complementing the beautiful original brick fireplace. A new dining table now comfortably seats up to fourteen, making the space perfect for larger gatherings with family and friends.
